What are termites?
Termites are small, soft bodied insects that live in large colonies in a mound in the earth. Most feed on wood and can be highly destructive to trees, timber, and any wood like structure.
What is a termite inspection?
A termite inspection report is a document produced by a licensed pest control company stating the presence or absence of termites and other wood-destroying pests in a building being inspected. Termite inspection reports are required in many states whenever a home or other structure is sold.

A sprinkler system is extremely valuable in our part of Kansas. Keeping your lawn lush and green can sometimes be quite the challenge during our humid summer months. It is always a good idea to have the sprinkler system checked to make sure that all facets of the system are working properly. This will prevent any surprises in the future.
*We will check this system during the inspection to make sure that it is working properly. Should we see the need for further assessment, we will recommend a qualified sprinkler or lawn care professional do further testing.

What is radon?
Radon gas is a colorless, odorless, radioactive gas formed in soil, rock, and water. This occurs during the natural breakdown of Uranium. Radon escapes the ground and can trickle into your home through the foundation's cracks and holes. Well water can also be contaminated by radon gas.
Radon Testing?
Radon testing will detect the levels of radon gas that are present in a home. If the levels are above a safe level a radon mitigation system is recommended. There are different types of mitigation systems that may be right for your home.
